The Recognized List of Measures (EML) for energy saving are the result of the Energy Agreement for Sustainable Growth (2013). These are measures that pay back within five years or less. There are a total of 19 different lists divided over the same number of branches. The lists contain industry-specific characteristics that will help you on your way to sustainable entrepreneurship. With this you contribute to a sustainable Netherlands. In addition, you ensure a longer-term cost reduction for your organization. That is why it is smart to submit the Energy Efficiency Notification Obligation today.
The energy efficiency information obligation has been active in the Netherlands since 1 July. Many companies have still not indicated which energy-saving measures they have already applied. This is unfortunate, because it could lead to unnecessary fines.
Help someone else to comply with the information obligation. Register another company for the information obligation and earn € 100 excl. of VAT. This way the other person prevents a penalty and you easily earn a nice amount.

Many companies doubt whether they will register for the energy efficiency notification obligation themselves or outsource it to an external party. This is because it generally takes a lot of time. Implementation Control Municipalities of the energy saving information obligation is part of the Environmental Management Act and must be carried out by municipalities and environmental services. The energy saving information obligation is managed via the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. The municipalities and environmental services are expected to undertake supervision and control.
